Again and again I find my self using the same basic shapes (4 of them) of an old winter coat, which I've started to paint in the winter of 2001 after the death of my mother. Over the years I've been applying different techniques to reproduce this coat. The incisions made on the white paper above, are following the outside shape of the painted coats. And a litle further down in this blog, you'll find them represented in "paper-lace // canivet // papierschnitt"
